On March 21, SANAN Optoelectronics announced that the Offering Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) reviewed and approved the Company's application for the 2021 private placement of A-shares on March 21, 2022.

It is reported that SANAN Optoelectronics planned to raise not more than USD 1.09 Billion this time, which will be used for the Mini/Micro display industrialization project of Hubei SANAN Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. and to supplement working capital.
